On behalf of WBSEDCL, it is submitted that there has been no compliance with the statutory formalities and the petitioner has not furnished the relevant documents. A list of such documents is handed over to the Advocate for the petitioner. In view of the documents sought for by the WBSEDCL, WPA 27234 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a fresh application with all relevant documents, which have been sought for by the WBSEDCL. If such application along with all necessary documents is furnished by the petitioner, WBSEDCL is directed to consider the same in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably 2 within two weeks from the date of filing of such fresh application.
