To set aside the order dated 01.04.2026 passed by the Hon’ble Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal in Application No.2105/2026 vide Annexure-B and allow interim application pending disposal of main Application. ii. To pass such other order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. What is essentially challenged is the refusal of the KSAT to grant an order of stay with regard to the show-cause notice issued to the petitioner. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25231-DB WP No. 12501 of 2026 4. The show-cause notice issued by respondent No.2 is by an authority having jurisdiction, and as such, the question of staying the show-cause notice does not arise. It is for the petitioner to reply to the show- cause notice. Since the reply has already been filed, it is for respondent No.2 to consider the same and pass necessary orders. 5. By directing respondent No.2 to pass necessary orders within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
