Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2-BDA, and learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.3 and perused the material on record. 3. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, having regard to the undisputed fact that the representation of the petitioner - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24713 WP No. 14004 of 2026 at Annexure-D dated 1.4.2026 addressed to respondents has not been considered by them so far, without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of the present petition directing the concerned respondent to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation at Annexure-D dated 01.04.2026 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In addition thereto, the respondents shall not take any precipitative/coercive steps in respect of the subject land/property bearing Sy.No.94/1, situated at Ganagondanahalli, Dasanpura 2 Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk. 4.
