Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that since the benefit pertaining to replacement scale of 7th PRC is still to be calculated, as such, liberty may be given to raise the said grievance by approaching the appropriate authority or forum. 7. There is no opposition on behalf of the learned counsel for the opp. parties. 8. Accordingly, the instant contempt case is closed and as such, stands disposed of.
