The petitioner had filed an earlier writ petition being W.P.(C) 8685/2026, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 6th July, 2026, while granting the petitioner the liberty to approach the Appellate Tribunal MCD (hereinafter ‘ATMCD’) in respect of the grievances raised in the present writ petition. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid, the petitioner has filed an application seeking intervention before the ATMCD. Notice in the said application has been issued by the ATMCD vide order dated 20th July, 2026, on which date an inspection of the subject property was directed to be carried out by the respondent/MCD and the matter has been fixed for hearing on 29th September, 2026. 4. Counsel for the MCD submits that pursuant to the order passed by the ATMCD, an inspection has been carried out by the respondent/MCD of the subject property. 5.
