In this petition, the petitioner herein seeks a direction upon the respondent No. 2, SHO, Police Station Kupwara, to forthwith issue and supply a certified copy of the post-mortem report of the deceased, namely Suhail Ahmad Rather, son of the petitioner, who died in an explosion on 14.11.2025. 2. On the previous date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents was directed to produce the post-mortem report along with the relevant record. 3. Today, Mr. Haris, learned Assisting counsel appearing for the respondents, has produced the requisite documents, including the post- mortem report of the deceased, namely Suhail Ahmad Rather, and has handed over a copy thereof to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open court. 4. In view of the above, the grievance projected in the present petition stands redressed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition, is disposed of as settled.
