Matter comes up on application (I/A No.1/2025) for taking the compromise dated 02.05.2024 on the record and for disposal of the appeal in light of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. It is apprised to this Court that after passing of the award in execution proceedings, the parties have settled their dispute and accordingly, the execution proceedings and the attach warrant have also been withdrawn.
