Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioners at Annexures-G & G1 dated 28/03/2026 and pass appropriate orders on the same; and ii. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents to extend the benefit of age relaxation for admission to 1st Standard for the academic year 2026-27 to the Petitioners and not insist that the Petitioners should have completed six years of age as on 01/06/2026 as has already been done for the academic year 2025-26 as per the GO No.EP 260 PGC 2022: Bengaluru dated:16/04/2025 at Annexure-E; and iii. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AAG along with learned HCGP for respondents No.1 to 5 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representation dated 28.03.2026 at Annexure-G and G1 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representation dated 28.03.2026 at - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24729 WP No. 15099 of 2026 Annexure-G and G1 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within one week from today. 6.
