The plaintiff filed suit for permanent injunction. Along with the suit, I.A.No.574 of 2023 was filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 C.P.C. seeking interim temporary injunction. 3. The petitioner / plaintiff, being aggrieved by the non-disposal of the interlocutory petition so far, filed this revision petition. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has not so far filed counter and the trial Court has been granting adjournments. 5. Since the purpose of filing the interlocutory petition would be defeated unless it is disposed of on merits within a reasonable time after its filing, the revision petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.574 of 2023 on merits within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, by giving one last chance for filing counter, if not filed so far.
