JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “(a) Issue writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to consider representation dated 20.08.2025 made by the petitioner to the Respondent No.2 produced at Annexure-F. (b) Further to direct the Respondents to issue computerized RTC's by entering the name of the Petitioner with respect to the land bearing Survey No. 40 of Thyamagondlu Village, Thyamagondlu Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, measuring 8 Acres 12 Guntas, and (c) Issue any other writ or direction or order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, by allowing this writ petition with exemplary cost, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents and perused the material on record. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24771 WP No. 15312 of 2026 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 20.08.2025 at Annexure-A submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, respondents No.2 is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 20.08.2025 at Annexure-A and pass appropriate order/take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
