The complainant/petitioner has filed this petition for extension of time for compliance of order passed by this Court. 4. Vide order dated 28.08.2025 passed in ACQA No. 191/2024, the petition/appeal was disposed of in light of decision of the Supreme Court rendered in M/s. Celestium Financial Vs. A. Gnanasekaran Etc. reported in 2025 INSC 804 and the petitioner was directed to file an appeal HEERA LAL SAHU Digitally signed by HEERA LAL SAHU Date: 2026.02.27 16:59:14 +0530 2 within a period of 60 days from 28.08.2025 before the appropriate Court which was not complied with. 5. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that due to an inadvertent bona fide mistake, the Petitioner has failed to comply with the order of this Court dated 28.08.2025; therefore, it is requested that the application may be allowed and 15 days further time may be granted for compliance with the said order. 6. Considering the fact that vide order dated 28.08.2025 passed in ACQA No. 191/2024, the petitioner/appellant was granted 60 days time to file the appeal under the proviso of Section 372 of Cr.P.C. but about 6 months have been passed since then, and for the compliance of the order further more time is seeking by the petitioner, therefore, the CRMP is allowed, subject to the payment of a cost of Rs. 1,000/- before the concerned Legal Services Authority within seven days from today and after the payment of a cost of Rs. 1,000/- the petitioner is granted 30 days further time to file an appeal before the appropriate Court. 7.
