Parties are represented. 2. Mr. Vaisya, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor, has submitted that alleged contemnor No. 1, namely, Mr. Randhir Kumar has retired from service. In his place, Mr. Amit Kumar Kar has taken charge of the office of the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, Purta Bhavan, 2nd Floor, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700 091. 3. Office is directed to incorporate Mr. Amit Kumar Kar as alleged contemnor No. 4 in this application. 2 4. According to the alleged contemnor who has submitted in Court a photocopy of the pension payment order issued in favour of the contempt applicant, the order of the Court has already been complied with. 5. Let the copy as above submitted in the Court today be kept on record. 6. According to the same and as per submission made by the learned respective advocates, I find that the order dated 25th March, 2025 has substantially been complied with leaving no scope to adjudicate upon the contempt application any further. 7.
