JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners have sought for the following reliefs:- “(a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the proceedings bearing No. RRT(2)(E) CR.47/2008-09 (Annexure – B) pending under Sections 67(2) and 136(30 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed by this Hon’ble Court; (b) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case, including costs.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the proceedings at Annexure-B before the 2nd respondent which are pending since 2008 has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Per contra, learned AGA respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary orders in the aforesaid proceedings. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the rival submissions, the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner is hereby directed to address / consider the grievance of the petitioners and take appropriate decision / pass appropriate orders in the aforesaid proceedings at Annexure-B and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
