1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. This intra-Court appeal seeks exception to an order dated 14.08.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge on CM APPL.53665/2026 in W.P.(C) 11608/2026, which was instituted by the respondent no.1.
3. The impugned order dated 14.08.2026 is interlocutory in nature and is said to have been passed by the learned Single Judge ex parte inasmuch as the appellant could not be heard on the said application as notice was issued on the writ petition on the same date.
4. In these circumstances, we are of the opinion that instead of rushing to file this intra-Court appeal, the appellant which is party-respondent no.4 This is a digitally signed order. ought to have taken recourse to move an application seeking vacation of the interim order dated 14.08.2026.

In support of the case Mr.Kohli, learned Senior Counsel representing the appellant has made various submissions including that a wit petition being CWP 25063/2026 filed by the respondent no.1 subsequent to the underlying writ petition has been dismissed by Punjab and Haryana High Court vide order dated 18.08.2026.
6. The submissions being made by learned Senior Counsel for the appellant are being refuted by learned counsel representing the respondents.
7. Be that as it may, we dispose of this appeal with liberty to the appellant to move an appropriate application seeking vacation of the interim
order dated 14.08.2026 in the proceedings of the writ petition before the learned Single Judge.
8. In case, any such application is made, we request the learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings thereof and decide the same as early as possible.
9. The appeal along with pending applications stands disposed of.
