Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Respondent-Police Authorities to complete the investigation and file the final report/ charge-sheet expeditiously in respect of the complaint dated 17.09.2025, registered in FIR bearing Crime No.59/2025 dated 17.09.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Sections 352, 351(3) and 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 before the XLI Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru City within such time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice and equity.
