Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2025 in connection with Special POCSO Case No.15/2026, arising out of Ormanjhai P.S. Case No.218/2025, registered under Sections 89/90 of B.N.S. and 4/8 POCSO Act, now pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner – IV, A.J.C. IV – cum – Special Judge, POCSO Act, Ranchi. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2025 and there was love affair between the petitioner and the victim, due to which she got pregnant, and ultimately, at the time of abortion, due to heavy bleeding, she died. He has also submitted that the petitioner and the victim had married. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that it is alleged that the petitioner enticed and kidnapped the victim and established physical relationship with her. 5. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the fact that the victim was minor at the time of occurrence, and she became pregnant and ultimately died, this Court 2026:JHHC:18503 2 is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
