Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “i. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the impugned transfer order dated 04.06.2025 (ANNEXURE P/1) so far as it concerns the present petitioner. ii. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to work at her earlier place of posting at Government Primary School, Dumarpara, Banari, Block- Nawagarh, District Janjgir Champa, Chhattisgarh. iii. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to post the petitioner on the place as desired by the petitioner keeping in view of the Rationalization Policy, 2025 iv. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as petitioner had not submitted any representation/appeal before the Committee constituted under the Rationalization Policy, 2025 she is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking permission to submit representation before the concerned authority and direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on the representation to be submitted at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State 3 would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to submit representation before the concerned authority, they are having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation before the concerned authority as provided under the Rationalization Policy, 2025 and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 01 month from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
