The present Rent Control Revision Petition has been filed under Section 25 B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, [“Act”] seeking the setting aside of the Judgment and Order dated 10.03.2026 passed by the learned CCJ-cum-ARC (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [“learned ARC”], in RC ARC 1046/2018. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, after making submissions for a considerable period of time, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take such appropriate steps as may be permissible in law, inter alia, by filing a review petition before the learned ARC. 3.
