Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Apparently the Pension Payment Order (Annexure P-4) has been prepared, whereby pension has been granted with effect from 01.01.2016. The representation dated 20.05.2026 (Annexure P-5) also highlights the said aspect. 2. In such circumstances, it is submitted that the said order will have to be challenged. 3. Since the State has acted upon the judgment which was sought to be executed in CWPOA No. 2563 of 2018, titled Twarsu Ram vs. State of H.P. and others, decided along with the batch of cases, including CWP No. 786 of 2017, titled State of H.P. and another vs. Tulpi Devi and others, decided on 10.01.2023, learned counsel for the 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?
