Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner shall be satisfied, in case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authority for redressal of the grievance raised by way of this petition, by way of a representation, with direction to the authority to decide said representation within some time bound period. 2. Accordingly, as prayed for, without adjudication on merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall file a representation with regard to the issue raised in the petition, within four weeks from today and said representation shall be decided by the competent Authority, in light of the averments made therein, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt thereof, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
