JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA W.A No.229 of 2026 -2- Present:- Mr. M.Solomon Raju, Advocate for appellant. Mr. Venkata Rama Rao Kota, Advocate for respondent No.2. Mr. Dheera Kanishka, Advocate for respondent No.3. *** LISA GILL,J. Challenge in this writ appeal is to order dated 06.02.2026, whereby, writ petition filed by present appellant has been admitted and notice directed to be issued to respondent No.4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner has further been permitted to take out personal notice on respondent No.4 by RPAD and file service in the Registry. 2. Learned counsel for appellant submits that interim relief, as prayed for, by appellant should have been granted by learned Single Bench while admitting the writ petition. Moreover, pending interlocutory applications should also have been adjudicated upon. It is further submitted at this stage that though it was directed that matter be listed after four weeks, the same has still not been listed. 3. Having heard learned counsel for appellant, we do not find any ground to cause any interference at this stage. Arguments, as raised, are clearly the arguments which form subject matter of the writ petition in question, which is admittedly pending. Deliberation upon and decision of all these pleas is within the realm of consideration of learned writ court. Appellant is at liberty to raise all the pleas available to him before the learned Single Bench and is also at liberty to make necessary mention/file appropriate application before the W.A No.229 of 2026 -3- learned Single Bench. We do not find ground for issuance of any direction in this respect at this stage. 4. Writ Appeal is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the appellant to make necessary mention/file appropriate application before learned Single Bench. No order as to cost. There is no expression of any opinion on merits of the matter. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of accordingly. (LISA GILL) JUDGE (NINALA JAYASURYA) JUDGE Date: 18.03.2026 MDP
