That, This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned promotion order dated 21.01.2026 (Annexure-P/1). 10.2 Direct respondents to revise promotions per seniority list dated 01.04.2024 (Annexure-P/2) with consequential benefits. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners is holding the post of Peon and was entitled for his promotion on the post of Assisant Grade-III, respondent authorities have initiated the proceedings for promoting peons on the post of Assistant Grade-III, however, junior to the petitioners were promoted superseding the petitioners vide order date 21.01.2026, aggrieved with which, petitioners have submitted representation before respondent No. 3, 3 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the claim of the petitioners, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for the State submits that he is having no objection on the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for parties, writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three months from the date of receipt of representation. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh comprehensive representation if he so desire and if such a representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same along with pending representations. 5.
