Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has produced a copy of office order dated 15.11.2025, passed by the Divisional Manager (HQ), O/o Director (South) HPSFDC Ltd., Shimla-9, which is taken on record.
2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner has been refixed in the pay scale of Rs.2520-4140/- with initial start of Rs.2620/- w.e.f. 01.01.2004 on notional basis. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

This Court while disposing of the writ petition dated 25.08.2025 had only given the direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) in light of the judgment passed in CWPOA No.7434 of 2019, titled, Ramesh Chand Tangrik vs. H.P. State Forest Corporation & Ors., decided on 22.07.2024 along with connected matter.

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 25.08.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.13240 of 2025, titled, Mehar Singh vs. State of H.P. & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy in case he is aggrieved by the order dated 15.11.2025, passed by the Divisional Manager (HQ), O/o Director (South) HPSFDC Ltd., Shimla-9, in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 29 th July
