Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication and copy of office order dated 22.04.2026, passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioners have been allowed the benefit of revised emoluments on contract basis as per Government Notification dated 12.01.2022, subject to final outcome of LPA and other legal remedies. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 01.01.2026 passed in CWP No.20943 of 2025, titled, Shri Rakesh Kumar & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Anr., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from today, strictly as per the directions given in the judgment sought to be executed, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
