The petition is disposed-of directing respondent No.2/Controller of Patents to issue to the petitioner a notice of hearing under section 14 of the Patents Act 1970 within the next 04 weeks; and to decide the patent application within 08 weeks thereafter after duly considering the pre-grant opposition that is pending.
