IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK W.P.(C) No.15851 of 2026 Sri Bidyadhar Sahoo …. Petitioner Ms. S. Mohapatra, Advocate on behalf of Mr. S. Dash, Advocate -versus- State of Odisha and others …. Opposite Parties Mr. T.K. Dash, A.G.A. CORAM: JUSTICE B. P. ROUTRAY ORDER 21.05.2026 Order No. 01. 1. This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode. 2. Heard Ms. S. Mohapatra on behalf of Mr. S. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.K. Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate for State-Opposite Parties. 3. According to the submission of Petitioner, he has already vacated Plot Nos.99 & 100 as per the observation made by the Tahasildar in his letter dated 09.08.2023 under Annexure-4 series. Accordingly, no merit lies in the prayer of Petitioner to object any eviction proceeding to be re-initiated as per Annexure-5, since he has already vacated the alleged encroachment over Plot Nos.99 and 100 in Khata No.1184. 4. Thus, no merit is seen in the writ petition and the same is disposed of recording such submission advanced by the Petitioner. ( B.P. Routray) Judge B.K. Barik
