The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and under Sections 25(1-B)a 26/27/35 of the Arms Act in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 382 of 2025 arising out of Chhattarpur PS Case No. 88 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the co-accused, namely, Gautam Kumar and Binod Bhuiya in B.A No. 8111 of 2025 and Md. Yad Ali in B.A No. 9216 of 2025 have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.09.2025 and 09.10.2025 respectively and the petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2025 as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the fact that the co-accused have been granted bail in B.A No. 8111 of 2025 and B.A No. 9216 of 2025 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2025, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on 2026:JHHC:5049 2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 382 of 2025 arising out of Chhattarpur PS Case No. 88 of 2025. 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial Court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against the above-named petitioner, learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the above-named petitioner. 7.
