1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ directing the Respondent No.1 - Registrar Cooperative Societies (hereinafter, ‘RCS’) to expeditiously dispose of the execution proceedings arising out of Arbitral Award dated 3rd May, 2025 in Arbitration Case No. 05/GH/DR/ARB/2020-21.
3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the execution petition filed in
order to execute the award dated 3rd May, 2025 passed by the ld. Arbitrator is not being processed by the RCS.

were sought on 7th May, 2026 as per Rule 124 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Rules, 2007. However, no reply has been received by the RCS in response to the said communication.
5. Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that all the requisite documents/forms were submitted to the RCS. Moreover, a letter dated 16th July, 2026 also placed on record showing that further complaints were lodged with the RCS.
6. Heard. Since the stand of the RCS is that documents have not been received, let the copies of the said documents or any other documents required by the RCS be produced before the RCS on 28th September, 2026 at 11.30 A.M. in the office of the RCS.
7. After receiving all the documents, the RCS shall proceed further to adjudicate the matter in accordance with law, on an expeditious basis.
8. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
