Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant contempt case may be closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order dated 22.01.2025. 5. Accordingly, the order having been complied with by passing a reasoned order dated 22.01.2025, therefore, the instant contempt case is closed, as such, stands disposed of.
