The petitioner has filed the present application for review of the order dated December 10, 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent authorities, particularly Sub-divisional Officer, Malda Sadar to forthwith process and dispose of the petitioner’s application dated July 4, 2025 for grant of EWS certificate but this Court by an order dated December 10, 2025 without considering the prayer has dismissed the writ application. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the report filed by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission wherein it is mentioned that for the persons who were issued an EWS certificate by the competent authority in the previous financial year of 2024-2025 and had re- applied for the issuance of their EWS certificate for the current financial year of 2025-2026, the commission even accepted the acknowledgement slip of the application form, if the same was made on or before July 21, 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for grant of EWS certificate on July 4, 2025 which is much prior to July 21, 2025 but the authorities have not considered the same for grant of EWS certificate. Now the School Commission has issued scheduled for subject-wise counseling, verification and interview of Class IX and X which has started from March 23, 2026 and it will continue till May 23, 2026. He submits that till date the authorities have not issued the EWS certificate and the petitioner is facing difficulties to place the EWS certificate before the authorities at the time of verification of the documents. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits that this Court has considered the documents and the submissions 3 made by the parties and passed the order dated December 10, 2025. This Court has disposed of the writ petition by an order dated December 10, 2025 by taking into consideration of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench wherein the Coordinate Bench has categorically held that the examination has already been completed and interview process is going on and at this stage the prayer of the petitioner for updating the reservation certificate is allowed, the same will be amount to unsettling the interview list prepared by the Commission. 5. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the materials on record. This Court finds that after considering all the materials on record, dismissed the writ application by an order dated December 10, 2025. The petitioner has not brought to the notice of this Court with regard to any error apparent on the face of the record. The petitioner prays for an order by directing the authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of EWS certificate. 6. The petitioner by way of a review application intends to modify the order dated December 10, 2025 wherein this Court dismissed the writ petition. This Court did not find any grounds to review the order dated December 10, 2025. 4 7. RVW 379 of 2025 is dismissed. Accordingly, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2025 is also dismissed. 8.
