JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “a. Issue Writ in the Nature of Mandamus direct the Respondent No.1 to 4 to consider the complaint dtd. 02.05.2026 to give police protection by considering the complaint under Annexure-K, K1, K2 and K3 respectively. b. Issue such other order, direction or any other order as may be deemed fit to grant in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her complaints, all dated 02.05.2026 at Annexures-K, K1, K2 and K3 respectively, submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24775 WP No. 15350 of 2026 circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said complaints. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her complaints, all dated 02.05.2026 at Annexures-K, K1, K2 and K3 respectively and pass appropriate order/take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
