1. The petitioner assails an order dated 19.08.2026, whereby the Sessions Court dismissed her revision petition against an order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Magistrate’s Court. By the said order, the Magistrate’s Court disposed of her application under Section 174(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, on the ground that no cognizable offence was made out, and a Non-Cognizable Offence Information Report bearing No. 0050/2025, dated 24.04.2025, had already been registered at P.S. Dwarka South.

W.P.(CRL) 2770/2026 seeks permission to withdraw this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, as the prayers are directed against an order passed by the Sessions Court. Ms. Raut seeks liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in accordance with law, if so advised.
3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
