JUSTICE AMIT BANSAL O R D E R % 10.09.2026 1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking setting aside of the sealing notice dated 3rd September, 2026, passed by the respondent/NDMC. 2. Even though the impugned notice is stated to be a show cause notice under Section 250 of the NDMC Act, 1994, it threatens sealing of the petitioner’s premises within 48 hours. 3. A response to the show cause notice has been filed on behalf of the petitioner on 8th September, 2026. The same is yet to be adjudicated by the respondent/NDMC. 3.1. The respondent shall adjudicate the same in accordance with law. This is a digitally signed order. In order to enable the petitioner to take appropriate legal remedies, no coercive steps shall be taken for a period of one (1) week after an order is passed and communicated to the petitioner. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. 7. All rights and contentions of the petitioner are kept open.
