Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. 3. The main ground urged by the petitioner before this Court is that counseling is not done before the transfer in respect of the petitioner as well as respondent No.4. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to notice of this Court the order passed by the Tribunal directing to maintain status quo in application No.2597/2026 but not in the present impugned application No.2577/2026. 4. Having considered the arguments of the counsel for the petitioner so also by the counsel for respondent No.4, it is appropriate to direct the respective parties to maintain the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24750-DB W.P.
