On behalf of the respondent-WBSEDCL, it is submitted that they have no objection if the representation dated 20th November, 2025 be considered by the respondent no. 3 in accordance with law. Be that as it may, the respondent no. 3, is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a hearing to all the affected parties.
