Sri B.V.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that H.M.O.P No.63 of 2024 has already been disposed of by Senior Civil Judge, Tanuku and nothing remains for adjudication and that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3. As per the details of the Case Information System placed on record by the Registry, H.M.O.P. No.63 of 2024 on the file of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tanuku was dismissed on 11.12.2025. 4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
