Accordingly, as prayed for, without adjudication on merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall file a representation with regard to the issue raised in the petition, within four weeks from today and said representation shall be decided by the competent Authority, in light of the averments made therein, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt thereof, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law.
