The petitioners have now approached this Court by way of the present writ petition, being aggrieved by the non-disposal of the suit despite the passage of ten years. 2. In view of the fact that the petitioners are entitled to speedy disposal of the suit and in view of the fact that the suit has remained pending for the last ten years, it would only be appropriate to dispose of the present revision petition with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.354 of 2016 at the earliest, and preferably within nine (09) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
