For Petitioner : Mr.A.Joseph Jerry For R1 to R4 : Mr.M.Sarangan Additional Government Pleader ORDER The prayer in the writ petition is innocuous in nature inasmuch as it prays for a certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in respect of an interim order that is passed on 17.11.2025, whereby the documents in Ex.P.1 to Ex.P.22 were marked, however, the same has not been furnished to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition to furnish him with the copies. 2. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that as per the rules, the petitioner being the party to the proceedings will be entitled for the certified copies of the document. However, in this case, the apprehension is expressed only because the document itself are photocopies and there should not be any misuse of the documents. 5. When the petitioner is a party to the proceedings, the documents that are marked should be furnished to him, especially when there is a provision to furnish the certified copy. The mere apprehension that the party may misuse cannot be a ground to deny him the document. 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD).No.5450 of 2026 6. In view thereof, the writ petition is allowed on the following terms:- i.
