JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 23/01/2026 1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner-applicant is an old person aging 74 years. The writ petition filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed on account of non-appearance on 06.10.2023, however, on account of communication gap such fact was not disclosed to the petitioner. It is submitted that even the date of hearing was not in the knowledge of the petitioner.
