This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for the following reliefs:- "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the complaint filed by the petitioners (Annexure-P/4) within stipulated time, in accordance with law. 10.2 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a complaint before the Collector/respondent No.2 on 12.01.2026 (Annexure- 3 P/4) alleging therein that respondent No.4 - Samiti Kerju is committing fraud by obtaining loan in the name of farmers. However, the Collector Surguja/respondent No.2 is not deciding his complaint, therefore, an appropriate direction may be issued to decide the complaint expeditiously. 3. In reply, learned State counsel submits that, as per instructions received, respondent No.2/the Collector Surguja has already taken cognizance of the issue, and an enquiry is currently going on. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission and considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, since the Collector Surguja has already taken cognizance of the issue, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 (Collector Surguja) to expedite the pending enquiry and decide the complaint of the petitioner preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/submission/communication of this order. Further, after completion of said enquiry, a copy of final report/decision be supplied to the petitioner. 5. With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
