The present Petition, filed under Section 25-B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks to assail the Judgment dated 13.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Rent Controller, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in Eviction Petition, being RC ARC No. 431/2025, whereby the Application seeking leave to defend, filed by the Petitioner came to be disallowed and, consequently, an Eviction Order came to passed in favour of the Respondent. 2. On 25.08.2026, this Court, after hearing the Petitioner for a considerable period of time on the merits of the present Petition, issued Notice to the Respondent on the limited aspect of time within which the subject premises would be vacated. 3. Mr. Nikesh Jain, learned counsel, enters appearance on behalf of the Respondent. 4. Learned counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, submits This is a digitally signed order. He also submits, on instructions, that it is further agreed between the parties that the rent which is currently being paid will continue to be paid till the date of vacation of the Subject premises. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner shall be bound by the mutual arrangement and would abide by the aforestated agreed terms. 7.
