Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered before the learned court on 15.01.2026, however, inadvertently the surrender certificate has not been filed within the stipulated time and due to peremptory order, the said criminal revision has been dismissed. He submits that the order of the learned court is annexed as Annexure-2 of this petition. 3. Learned CGC appearing for the Union of India has not raised any serious objection, if the said criminal revision is restored to its original file. 4. Annexure-2 is the document, which suggests that the petitioner has already surrendered before the learned court and further the averments made in the present petition, the court finds that sufficient ground is made out for restoration of Criminal Revision (Filing) No. 10571 of 2025.
