In course of hearing, we got occasion to interact with the corpus, namely, Sri Bikrama Lal, who is present online from the residence of one of his sons, namely, Mr. Alok Kumar (Respondent No. 7). Mr. Bikrama Lal has made a statement that he is safe and is residing with his son. 3.
