JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD) 2 15-06-2026 We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1191 of 2026(2) dt.15-06-2026 2/2 learned AC to AAG-13 for the State and learned counsel for the Respondent No. 6 at length. 2. In course of hearing, we got occasion to interact with the corpus, namely, Sri Bikrama Lal, who is present online from the residence of one of his sons, namely, Mr. Alok Kumar (Respondent No. 7). Mr. Bikrama Lal has made a statement that he is safe and is residing with his son. 3. After the aforesaid interaction was over, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ application. 4. Permission is granted. 5.
