By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks temporary de- sealing of the subject property. 4. In my considered opinion, as the ATMCD is seized of the appeal and the interim application filed by the petitioner, the said relief can only be made before the ATMCD. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while granting liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for temporary de- sealing before the ATMCD. 6.
