III. Issue a Writ or order or direction as this Hon’ble court deems fit under the Circumstance of case in the interest of justice and equity.” 3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that having regard to the fact that representations at Annexures-C and E dated 04.11.2025 and 21.01.2025 respectively submitted by the petitioner have not been considered by the respondents so far, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submissions made by both the sides, I deem it just and proper to dispose of this petition directing the concerned respondents to address the grievance of the petitioner, consider and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate steps/action pursuant to the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
