For the Informant : Mr. Gaurav, Advocate ------ Order No.02 Dated- 24.06.2026 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 09 of 2026, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused persons committed murder of Budhuwa Oraon @ Itwa Bakhla. It is next submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case only on the basis of his self-confessional statement as well as the confessional statement of the co-accused persons. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is further submitted that the except the confessional statement of the co-accused persons, there is no other material to implicate the petitioner in this case. It is next submitted that though charge sheet has been submitted in this case but no witness has been examined as yet. It is then submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-20 of the instant bail petition. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 29.09.2025 as mentioned in para-20 of the instant bail application. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the co-accused person with similar allegation has already been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2026 in B.A. No.3553 of 2026. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 09 of 2026 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
