Since, the entire fine amount is paid and the accused is in custody, in the interest of justice, the order dated 11.07.2025 is hereby recalled. 3. After restoration, matter is heard. 4. In the meantime, an affidavit shall also be filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the learned trial Magistrate seeking release of the petitioner pursuant to the order of this Court by filing necessary application.
