Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2026 in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No.34 of 2026, registered under Sections 118 (2), 109, 352, 351 (2), 74, 3 (5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, now pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. After some arguments, when this Court was not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. He does not dispute that this case would be treated as tied up matter in view of the order dated 09.04.2018 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in B.A. No.3828 of 2017. 4. The learned counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer for withdrawal. He submits that bail application of the co-accused namely Ajay Tiwary, has been rejected in B.A. No. 4646 of 2026 vide order dated 17.06.2026. 5.
