The Petitioner has filed this Petition for the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No-1 to consider case of the petitioner for grant of Senior Selection Scale as per existing rule and revise his pension case accordingly, within stipulated period. At the outset, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not press this Petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to Respondent No. 1 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-5) dated 17.04.2025 at the earliest within a specified time frame. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that she has no objection to the limited prayer made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 4. Upon due consideration of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the respective parties, Respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and decide the representation submitted by the Petitioner (Annexure P-5) dated 17.04.2025 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Petitioner shall be at liberty to submit a fresh representation, if he so desires, and if such representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same afresh along with the pending representation. 5.
